Street Photography Shoot Two

Planning
For this task we were sent out to do a final shoot that collates all the other shoots from this particular topic meeting areas of people from all different themes throughout this whole section.
I have chosen to go to a middle point for me that gave me the best photographs which is Newbury park Station.
Here I want to get good images of people doing various different things that create an effect on my context in images.
I am expecting people to come to and from work on the Central line so I will get a mix between men and women and business types and builders and even some athletic people coming back from runs or local gyms.
I will clearly mark out areas that I can place my camera so no one get oddly suspicious of me as I would prefer no confrontation.
Productions and Final results
I was only doing a few tests on my camera to get my settings correct as I took this photograph as the train was approaching.
I really liked the colours and the highlights in the rails as they come accross very metallic. The use of colours in the red of the train gives off the subject being the train and the rails being the leading lines towards the front of the train.
The images below were very nice in composition and the depth of field between me and the models.
The first image below to the left is very alinged to the rails of the stairwell and the way she looks still creates the layer of forground and background depth.
The right image below is really just showing how I want to be really close to the person when I take the photograph.
This image to the right is very strong in context as the people are all helping to take the buggy down from the stairs at the station and then being a variety of different ages and people helping the lady.
The way the photography is lit is very well exposed and very highlighted once edited.
The composition is unusual yet it draws the eye directly to the people coming from the top of the stairs.
I really liked this photographs intentions when it comes to candid photography and the way I had to wait for a good time to take a photograph like this was well worth the time. The photograph was taken about early morning as the sun has risen and the people are on their way to either work or just to get out of the house as it was a saturday.
The theme to this links to commuters from my second shoot as theres alot of similarities in lighting and compositions of people.
These three photographs had a really similar layout and desire to them as to how these were taken. I decided to put them together due to the similar edited lighting in contrast and also I put them together as the people seem to be in motion and causing the eye to draw immediately to them.
This may be because of the leading lines coming from the stairwell and going directly into the people from the sides and the way the people are posed are very well timed as it gives more of a context and understanding behind whats going on in the image itself.
The photographs shown here are posed well with good expressions in peoples faces which is what I partially was thinking about during the productions of this whole phtooshoot.
The man is very sincere so maybe this links to the helping the lady from earlier and then the lady is very persistant in pushing the buggy away to let people down the stairs.
These were discovered after the shoot was done but I did realise the lighting and the editing was slightly similar.
Overall the shoot had very open ends to the contexts behind it and also between the themes and how loose and how close they linked together.
The people were well lit and posed and showed alot of emotion in the work.
I found this shoot in particular successful due to the above aspects.
